Here is my Few pick of smartphones around 10k.

Lenovo A6000 plus is the best smartphone in terms of sound quality in my list.That is because of Dolby Surround speakers.It is also only 5'' Mobile in this list,It Is a 720p Screen at 294ppi and Gorilla Glass 3 protection at front.It is powered by a snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2Ghz and Adreno 306 GPU.It has 2GB Ram and 16GB flash storage expandable upto 32GB.
It has a 2300mAh Li-ion Battery. It is dual sim 4G smartphone.It has 8MP camera at rear with a LED flash and a 2MP front camera.It runs on Vibe UI based on Kitkat with a promised upgrade to Lollipop in coming days.
Chinese Smartphone maker Meizu has launches its new smartphone to indian market at price point of Rs.9,999.With such Good specs i can say it is really gonna be a value for money smarthone and probably the best you can buy under 10k in Indian market.
