Lava in parternership with Google has launched its First Android One smartphone named LAVA PIXEL V1 .For people who dont know about Android One.Its a program by Google to Developing Countries like India to give the best Stock experience to people under budget.Previously,last year Micromax,Spice and Karbonn had also announced Their Android One Devices under Rs.6000 but this Lava comes Under Different category.
This Smartphone features a 5'' HD (1280*720 PIXEL) at pixel density of 267ppi,which is not bad compared previous gen Android One.It is powered by a 1.3Ghz Mediatek MT682 processor and its coupled with 2GB of DDR3 RAM and surprisingly it has 32GB of internal storage also option for expanding upto 32GB via a MicroSD card.
It Runs on Stock Lollipop 5.1.1 OS and will receive guaranteed updates for next 2 Years from Google.
It comes with 13MP Rear Camera with BSI sensor.with f/2.0 apeture and LED Flash.
and also for selfie lovers there is a 8MP Front Camera with f/2.4
Connecitivity option are wi-fi 802.11b/g/n,Bluetooth 4.0,GPS,USB-OTG(which was missing in 1st gen).To power all this it has 2650mAh battery underhood,which i think is sufficient for a 5.5'' HD screen mobile.It unfortunately does'nt not support 4G.It has a Dual-sim Slot Which both acn be used as 3G.
This LAVA PIXEL V1 will be available starting monday exclusively on Flipkart.
And colour options are Gold and White-Silver colours and is price @ Rs.11,350.
